1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Phoenix Roofing Hub ("the Site," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Phoenix Roofing Hub is a free online referral service that connects homeowners with licensed local roofing contractors.

We do not perform roofing work, repairs, inspections, or installations. We do not employ roofers and are not a licensed contractor.

When you submit a request through our Site, we may share your information with up to three pre-screened contractors who may contact you directly.

We are not a party to any contract between homeowners and contractors and do not supervise, manage, or control contractor work, pricing, scheduling, or performance.

3. No Warranty on Contractor Performance

We verify contractor credentials at the time of partnership, including:

• Arizona ROC license status
• General liability insurance coverage
• Workers compensation insurance where applicable
• Minimum experience requirements
• Public review standards

However, we make no guarantees regarding contractor performance, workmanship, pricing, timelines, licensing status after onboarding, project completion, or financial stability.

Homeowners are solely responsible for independently verifying all contractor credentials before hiring.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You provide accurate and truthful information.
• You will not submit false or fraudulent requests.
• You understand contractors—not Phoenix Roofing Hub—perform all roofing work.
• You will independently verify contractor credentials before hiring.
• You will not hold Phoenix Roofing Hub responsible for contractor actions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phoenix Roofing Hub, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the Site
• Contractor negligence or misconduct
• Contractor disputes
• Property damage, injury, or financial loss
• Data breaches or unauthorized access
• Errors or omissions on the Site

Our total liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100.00) or the amount paid directly to us, whichever is greater.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phoenix Roofing Hub and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, and legal fees arising from your use of the Site, interactions with contractors, violations of these Terms, or violations of applicable laws.

7. Contractor Partnership Terms

Contractors in our network must maintain active licensing and insurance, provide written estimates, respond promptly to leads, and comply with separate Contractor Agreements.

We reserve the right to remove any contractor from our network at any time, with or without cause.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, software, and branding, is owned by Phoenix Roofing Hub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Phoenix Roofing Hub regarding use of the Site.
